Employee BioI am part of the amazing Technical Support Service team here at Shoreline Community College. As a member of the Technical Support Service team I am responsible for daily monitoring and administration of the overall SCCM environment ensuring maximum availability and reliability of the environment so that the OSD, Patching, and Application engineering teams are able to perform their duties. This includes managing client health, network boundaries, distribution points, content distributions, collection evaluations, system backups, database and underlying server health, and hardware/software inventory, etc.
