Employee Bio

Dr. Ann Garnsey-Harter leads eLearning Services, Classroom Support Services, Continuing Education, and (Interim) Technology Support Services and ctcLink.  She also is Deputy Title IX Coordinator.  She has been a higher education administrator for the last twenty years.  Her professional experience is grounded in her experience teaching college English part-time for seven years in all delivery modes (online, hybrid, and face-to-face).  She holds a Master of Arts in English and a Doctor of Philosophy in English from Washington State University.

Reggie has spent close to 40 years in the restaurant and wine industries with 30 of them in Seattle and a wine educator for the past 20 years at the Seattle Colleges. Reggie has certifications with the Court of Master Sommeliers and Diploma level with the Wine and Spirit Education Trust, and is registered as a Bordeaux tutor with the L’Ecole du Vin de Bordeaux and a Wine Scholar Instructor with the Wine Scholar Guild.

Employee Bio

Amy Rovner began teaching Nutrition online at Shoreline in 2010 and continues to teach online at least once per year.
In 2013, she was selected as Shoreline's eLearning Faculty-in-Residence and, in 2014, was hired as an Instructional Designer. Amy is Shoreline’s Quality Matters Coordinator and she facilitated the creation of a Shoreline Quality Course Design Rubric that was piloted by Faculty participants in the 2017-2018 Quality Hybrid & Online Course Development Institute.
Currently, Amy is Shoreline's Accessible IT Coordinator and is guiding campus work to ensure that our digital content is accessible to all.  She is a member of the SBCTC’s Committee for Accessibility Oversight (CATO) which is guiding statewide accessibility efforts.  Amy was recognized in 2015 by Shoreline’s ADA Committee for her work promoting accessible curriculum.
