Employee Bio

Professor Fuell has been teaching political sciences classes at Shoreline since 2006. His specialties are international relations and U.S. foreign policy. He retired as Director of the Global Affairs Center at Shoreline in July 2018.   He remains on the adjunct (part-time) faculty roster.
Larry is a former U.S. diplomat (Foreign Agricultural Service) who served in Lima, Peru; Beijing, China; and, Guatemala City, Guatemala. He also lived in Africa where he taught at the University of Jos in Nigeria.
He holds undergraduate and Ph.D. degrees in Political Science from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio) and the University of Kentucky, respectively. He previously taught at Concordia College in Moorhead, MN, The University of Jos, in Nigeria, and the University of Kentucky.
