By signing up you agree to our policies. Student ID cards and Quarter Stickers ✪ Please have a student ID card WITH A CURRENT QUARTER STICKER. This will be checked in with the supervisor on duty prior to using any studio, booths, lab or equipment and is required to activate your studio booking account. Only available to currently enrolled MUSTC students. No exceptions will be made. Quarter stickers are available at the campus library or bookstore (current schedule required). Scheduling ✪ Studios & Booths – Students sign up in class for studio time. Remaining time is made available via online scheduling. Studios A, B, C & D are reserved for second-‐year students only. Room 818 is considered part of Studio A ONLY during the designated tracking sessions. Students are allowed 1 session per week, per studio. ✪ Lab (Rooms 820 & 814) – Labs are available to currently enrolled SCC Music & MUSTC students when not occupied by a scheduled class. Headphones are required at all times while using these stations. ✪ Late, No Shows and Cancelations – If you are 15 minutes late without contacting the studio supervisor on duty (206-‐546-‐5868) your time becomes available for walk-‐ins. If you repeatedly miss or fail to cancel a scheduled session you will lose studio privileges until reinstated by an instructor. Cancelations need to be made the day prior to scheduled session via the website. We will not cancel sessions for you. General Studio Policies ✪ Food & Drink are not allowed in the studios or labs at any time. ✪ Alcohol and Marijuana are not permitted on state property. ✪ Equipment Checkout Forms must be signed by an approved faculty member as necessary prior to the beginning of the session. ✪ Signature Items on the Equipment check out forms will be made available only to students at the faculty’s discretion. ✪ Disconnecting/Altering Equipment Cabling except for headphones and storage media is not allowed. Contact an instructor or supervisor if there is a problem. ✪ Seating is not to be moved between rooms/labs. ✪ Headphones, Headphone Adapters, Batteries, & Storage Media are the responsibility of the students and are not provided by S.C.C. Studios. Exception: headphones are available for studio & booth usage only. ✪ Broken/Lost/Damaged Equipment should be brought to the attention of a studio supervisor as soon as it is recognized regardless if current operator caused the damage or not. ✪ Guest – Students are responsible for the behavior and actions of their guests. NOTICE: Failure to comply with any or all of these policies will result in loss of studio privileges. Lost/Damaged equipment is the sole responsibility of the individual. Participation in SCC Studio usage will serve as agreement to policies stated above.
